One of the fundamental tools of the handling industry, the shelving (rack) is a steel structure composed of two or more vertical frames, beams and connectors in order to support materials in storage. Welding, bolting or clipping are the typical methods for joining them. The steel pallet racking structures are designed to allow operators to store as much product as possible while providing accessibility for order preparation, protecting the product and organizing the flow of products in a warehouse.

Selective pallet rackThis type of pallet rack is made up of vertical rack frames and rack beams arranged in single or double rows. It is the cheapest compared to other rack systems.

Drive-In & Drive-Thru Racks: This type of rack is designed with high density storage structures. Materials can be stored in multiple up and down on a rail system. The structure of the pallet does not allow the storage of materials on top of each other and thus guarantees the safety of the products. It is widely used in the food industry.

Push Back Rack: This high density storage system is designed with a minimum aisle (open area). Here, the pallets are stored on trolleys manufactured in a railway structure.

Pallet flow rack: This pallet racking system is constructed with a rack structure and a conveyor wheel, so that products can be transferred from one end to the other. It allows collectors to have continuous access to the stored product.

Cantilever rack: Cantilever racks consist of columns with adjustable arms. It allows the storage of products of different lengths.

Carton flow rack: As the name suggests, this handling equipment is made up of shelves, fitted with roller or wheel rails to allow products to flow from one end to the other.
